Shipping Policy:

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • AUCKLAND: $5.50 flat rate with free shipping for orders over $85
  • NORTH ISLAND: $11 flat rate with free shipping for orders over $85
  • SOUTH ISLAND: $22 flat rate with free shipping for orders over $100
  • Upon receiving your order, Kiddicare will package and ship your order within:
  • 1-2 business days for urban deliveries.
  • 3-5 days for rural deliveries.
  • Currently Kiddicare can only deliver to customers in New Zealand.
  • We do not deliver on public holidays. Orders placed during a public holiday will be organised and sent out in the following work days.
