Kiddicare Rewards Program
Here's a quick guide on how to use the Kiddicare Rewards Program.
Our rewards program gives loyal customers Kiddipoints.
Kiddipoints can be accumulated through purchases from liking us on Facebook and following us on Instagram, with more ways to earn Kiddipoints.
It's super easy to get started - all you need is an account here on Kiddicare. If you've made a purchase with us before you probably already have one, and probably already have some Kiddipoints as well!
How to access our Rewards Program tab:
Log into our website and click on the little red 'Rewards' button located in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. It will be there for both computer and mobile users, and you may need to wait a few seconds before it appears.
How to check your Kiddipoints balance:
Your Kiddipoints balance will be displayed at the top of the Rewards tab.
How to earn Kiddipoints?
Click on the tab which says 'Ways to earn'. It will take you to this menu.
There are a few methods to earn points.

Place an order: For every $1 spent (rounded up to the nearest dollar), you will recieve 10 Kiddipoints.

Celebrate a birthday: You will recieve a gift of 1000 Kiddipoints. Your birthday needs to be entered for at least 30 days before you can recieve this gift.

Sign up: You will recieve 500 Kiddipoints simply for signing up!

Like us on Facebook/Follow us on Instagram: If you've already liked us on Facebook/followed us on Instagram, don't worry! You can still get the points by clicking on those two buttons.
How to redeem Kiddipoints:
Go back to the main menu of the Rewards tab, and click 'Ways to redeem'.
There are currently two ways to redeem points.

30% off coupon: exchange 4000 Kiddipoints for a 30% off coupon.

Order discount: exchange Kiddipoints for a discount. Every 100 points can be exchanged for $1.
When a reward has been selected, a coupon will be given.
If you've forgotten your code - don't worry! You can easily find it again in the 'Your rewards' tab.
How to apply the discount:
Place items into your cart and proceed to the checkout. Add the coupon to the discounts field.
Note: The discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
